Persisting Properties Changes

I have some properties in my agent.properties file that need to survive an HQ Agent upgrade. Is there a way to do this?

When the HQ Agent starts, it will load properties from the .hq/agent.properties file in the user's home directory. Place any Agent-specific properties in this file to ensure they are picked up during Agent upgrades.
